Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, and using the Storigami app (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Data Privacy and Security
User data and generated stories are stored locally on your device and are not stored on our servers after being downloaded to the user's device.
Users should not include sensitive personally identifiable information in their story prompts.
3. Content Usage
The generated content is for personal use only and should not be shared inappropriately or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they create does not violate any laws or regulations.
4. Data Loss and Refund Policy
If a user deletes a story, it cannot be recovered. We do not provide refunds for lost content.
Users are responsible for managing and backing up their content as needed.
5. User Responsibilities
Users must not use the App for illegal activities, offensive content, or any form of harassment.
Users must be at least 13 years old to use the App or have parental consent if they are minors.
6. Content Quality and Liability
While we strive to create quality content, we cannot guarantee that every generated story will meet the user's expectations.
We disclaim all liability for any issues arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the generated stories.
7. Unauthorized Access and Use
Users are prohibited from attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the functionality of the App or its API. Unauthorized access, use, or distribution of our API is strictly prohibited.
8. Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication in the App or on our website.
Continued use of the App signifies acceptance of any updated Terms.
